As a 737NG First Officer, you will fly line operations within a disciplined safety culture, partner closely with your Captain and cabin crew, and represent the flight department with professionalism at every stage of the journey. 🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in accordance with FARs, SOPs, and checklist discipline.
• Execute all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance calculations, departure, enroute, arrival, and post-flight duties.
• Communicate effectively with ATC, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Support a just culture by reporting hazards, participating in training, and maintaining all required currencies and qualifications.
• Deliver a calm, customer-focused experience during routine and irregular operations.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 1000 hours
• Type Rating: Not required — Boeing 737NG training provided
• Licensing: ATP-CTP complete; R-ATP eligible or held (Unrestricted ATP preferred)
• Certificates: FAA
• Medical: Current Class 1
• Drug Testing: Must pass Department of Transportation pre-employment screening
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship not provided

Flight time pathways (meeting one of the below also qualifies):

• Military aviation experience and at least 21 years old: 750 total time
• Aviation Bachelor’s degree under Part 141: 1000 total time
• Aviation Associate degree under Part 141: 1250 total time

• Unrestricted ATP
• 1500 hours total time
• 1000 hours turbine

• Duty Days: Rotating schedule with variable hours, up to 16-hour duty days
