Join the flight deck in a permanent role as a type-rated Captain on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking an EASA-licensed leader who delivers safety, precision, and exceptional crew coordination on every sector.
🧭 Your Mission
As Captain on the A320 family, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations while cultivating exemplary airmanship and cockpit leadership.
- Exercise command in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Champion a safety-first culture, sound decision-making, and fuel-efficient operations.
- Model outstanding CRM, mentoring flight crew to deliver consistent operational excellence.
- Uphold on-time performance and high standards of communication with all stakeholders.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- PIC in Type: 1000 hours (Airbus A320 family)
- Multi-Pilot: 3000 hours total in multi-crew operations
- Type rating: Required and current on A320 family
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or above
- Additional Requirements: Valid passport allowing unlimited travel
🌟 Preferred
- Preferred time: A320 TRI/TRE experience is preferable
