Boeing 737NG First Officer (Type-Rated, Permanent)

🧭 The opportunity

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, execute company SOPs and manufacturer guidance, and uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care. You’ll contribute to a strong cockpit culture built on CRM, threat and error management, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you will do

• Conduct thorough pre-flight preparation, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
• Operate the 737NG in accordance with SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor aircraft systems and automation, manage the FMS, and maintain situational awareness.
• Communicate effectively with ATC and ground operations to support safe, on-time performance.
• Champion a safety-first mindset, strong CRM, and professional airmanship.
• Maintain all required currencies and participate in recurrent training and checks.

🌟 What you will bring

• Type-rated: Current B737 type rating valid for at least 2 months as of the employment start date.
• Licensing: Valid CPL with IR and ME; open to DGCA (Turkey) or EASA licence holders.
• Medical: Current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Language: Fluency in Turkish; English proficiency at ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Experience: At least 1 year of civil aviation experience.
• Standards & conduct: No criminal record; no accident/incident history.
• Discipline: No written penalties from the DGCA or previous employers for flight failure or flight indiscipline.
• Military service: Male candidates must have completed mandatory military service.
