- Execute normal and non-normal procedures with disciplined checklist usage and strong CRM.
- Maintain situational awareness, safety, and a professional standard of service throughout every phase of flight.
- Collaborate closely with cabin crew, operations, and maintenance to support punctual, safe operations.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Type Rating: Current and valid Boeing 737 type rating (NG)
- Flight Time: No minimum hours specified
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- Clearance: Able to obtain security clearance from Croatian Authorities
- Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not available
