🧭 What you’ll do
- Lead A320 Family operations as Pilot-in-Command, ensuring the highest standards of flight safety and compliance.
- Uphold STARLUX SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices across all phases of flight.
- Mentor and support flight deck crew, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Deliver exemplary decision-making, CRM, and situational awareness in varied operating environments.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- ATPL: Valid ATPL issued by EASA, FAA, ICAO, or CAA authority.
- Type rating: Current and valid A320 Family type rating.
- Total time: Minimum 3,500 hours.
- PIC time: Minimum 700 hours as Pilot-in-Command.
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English: ICAO Level 4 or above.
- Proficiency check: Current PTPC within the last 12 months.
- Safety & conduct: Clean incident/accident record and clean criminal record.
🗂 Required documents
- Copy of valid ATPL and A320 Family type rating.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Proof of ICAO English Level 4+.
- Current PTPC (within 12 months).
- Recent logbook pages (most recent 3 months).
- Reference letter from Chief Pilot.
- Highest education degree (English translation required if applicable).
- Valid passport and identification documents.
