🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG in strict accordance with SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and threat/error management.
- Manage flight deck systems, navigation, and communications with precise situational awareness and CRM best practices.
- Maintain currency, discipline, and professionalism that reflect a strong safety culture and SMS principles.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Licences: CPL, IR, ME — issued by DGCA
- Type Rating: Current and valid Boeing 737NG
- Experience: Minimum Part 121 100 hours; at least 100 hours airline experience post line release
- Currency: Valid IR and Pilot’s Proficiency Check
- Radio: Valid FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🌟 Compliance and documentation
- eGCA: Mandatory eGCA ID with all licences and documents validated
- Safety record: Certificate of incident/accident-free record
- Breath analyser: Compliance evidence as per DGCA norms
- Enforcement history: Details of any DGCA enforcement action in the preceding three (3) years, if applicable
🧠 Preferred attributes
- Strong SOP discipline, CRM, and threat/error management.
- Recent B737NG line flying and simulator proficiency.
