🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute all phases of flight on the 737NG in accordance with company SOPs, FCOM/FCTM guidance, and regulatory standards.
- Lead thorough preflight preparation, including weather and NOTAM review, performance calculations, fuel planning, and route validation.
- Manage automation and FMS programming; maintain strong manual flying proficiency when required.
- Deliver precise briefings, callouts, and checklist discipline; apply Threat and Error Management throughout every sector.
- Uphold a just culture of safety reporting and continuous improvement.
- Represent the airline with professionalism when interacting with crew, ground teams, and customers.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 500 hours
- Type rating: Required (Boeing 737NG)
- License required: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: CAAT
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
