As a 737NG First Officer, you will operate one of the world’s most trusted narrow-body aircraft, working alongside experienced Captains and a dedicated operations team. Expect a professional flying culture built on rigorous training, precise execution, and collaborative CRM.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute all phases of flight on the 737NG in accordance with company SOPs, FCOM/FCTM guidance, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead thorough preflight preparation, including weather and NOTAM review, performance calculations, fuel planning, and route validation.
  • Manage automation and FMS programming; maintain strong manual flying proficiency when required.
  • Deliver precise briefings, callouts, and checklist discipline; apply Threat and Error Management throughout every sector.
  • Uphold a just culture of safety reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the airline with professionalism when interacting with crew, ground teams, and customers.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Required (Boeing 737NG)
  • License required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: CAAT
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
