🧭 The Opportunity

As a Boeing 737NG First Officer, you will operate in a multi‑crew, high-performance jet environment under TCCA standards. You’ll partner closely with the Captain and cabin crew to execute each sector with precision, professionalism, and outstanding customer focus.

🧰 What You’ll Do

Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
Execute flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel management.
Conduct thorough pre‑flight preparations, briefings, and checklists; support all phases of flight.
Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and clear communication on the flight deck.
Participate in recurrent training, safety reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Represent the company professionally with customers, partners, and airport authorities.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 1,200 hours
Licenses (TCCA): IATRA, IR, ME
Medical: Class 1
ICAO English: Level 5
Type Rating: Not required — company training provided
Other: Willing and able to be based at YHU; hold a valid passport

🌟 Preferred Assets

Multi‑engine experience beyond minimums.
Experience on the Boeing 737‑800.
Successful completion of SARON and SAMRA exams.

Note: IATRA is required; SARON/SAMRA are considered assets.
