🧭 Your mission

  • Support the Captain through all phases of flight to safely transport cargo on the Boeing 737NG.
  • Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management practices.
  • Conduct preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough systems checks.
  • Maintain situational awareness in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment to deliver on-time performance.
  • Coordinate clearly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to enable efficient turnarounds.
  • Exercise sound judgment to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
