Step into the right-hand seat of a proven narrow-body workhorse as a Boeing 737NG First Officer. In this permanent position, you’ll partner with experienced Captains to deliver safe, smooth and efficient operations, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and customer care.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights from pre-flight to shutdown.
- Execute flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and thorough briefings in line with SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Apply robust CRM and TEM principles, working closely with the Captain and cabin crew to maintain a high-performing cockpit environment.
- Manage FMS set-up, navigation, and systems monitoring while maintaining strong situational awareness.
- Support on-time performance and a positive passenger experience through professional communication and decision-making.
- Complete accurate post-flight documentation and actively participate in recurrent training and safety reporting.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- B737 Type Rating: Valid Boeing 737 (NG) type rating required
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Flight time: No minimum hour requirements
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher

- Ability to obtain security clearance from Croatian authorities.
- Open to EASA licence holders only.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have the right to work as applicable.
