🧭 Your Flight Path (What You’ll Do)

• Command B737NG operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, brief, and mentor your flight deck and cabin teams to uphold the highest standards of CRM.
• Own critical decision-making across all phases of flight, prioritizing safety and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure on-time, efficient performance.
• Represent the airline with professionalism and exceptional cockpit leadership.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)

• Type rating: Boeing 737NG (Required)
• Jet time: 3,500+ hours total
• PIC time: 2,500+ hours (jet)
• PIC in type: 500+ hours (B737NG)
• Flight time notes: 2,500 hours Pilot-in-Command on jet aircraft
• License: ATPL — Open to FAA, ICAO, JAA holders
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4

• Current ATPL (FAA / ICAO / JAA) with valid Class 1 Medical
• Current B737NG type rating
• Proof of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
• Passport eligibility for international travel; visa sponsorship provided
