Take command on the Boeing 737 Next Generation as a Captain in a permanent role where safety, leadership, and precision flying are paramount. If you’re an experienced, type-rated commander ready to lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
🧭 The Opportunity
In this command role, you will lead the flight deck, champion safety and compliance, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for passengers and crew. You’ll operate within strict SOPs, exercise sound decision-making, and collaborate closely with your first officer, cabin crew, and operations to ensure on-time, efficient performance.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- In-Type Time: 500 hours on the B737 family
- Flight Time Notes: Minimum 500 hours PIC on B737 family aircraft
- Type Rating: B737NG type rating required
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Security Clearance: Eligible for clearance from Croatian authorities
- Work Authorization: No visa sponsorship provided
