🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, on-time Boeing 737NG operations across a dynamic short- and medium-haul network. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and foster an excellent crew culture through robust CRM and clear communication.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Command day-to-day flight operations with an unwavering focus on safety, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in changing operational and meteorological conditions.
- Champion CRM and TEM principles, building a collaborative, high‑performance cockpit environment.
- Mentor and develop First Officers, supporting continuous learning and standardization.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a calm, customer-focused operation.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- PIC on B737NG (in type): 1,500 hours
- Multi‑engine PIC: 3,000 hours
- Jet PIC: 3,000 hours
- Total multi‑crew, multi‑engine time: Minimum 3,000 hours
- Type rating: Current and valid B737NG type rating
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Currency: Flown at least 150 hours in command on type within the last 12 months at the time of joining
- Background: Clean criminal record
Flight time notes: Only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft can be counted; simulator time is not eligible.
