  • Last flight: Flown at least 150 hours in command on type within the last 12 months at the time of joining

🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, on-time Boeing 737NG operations across a dynamic short- and medium-haul network. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, uphold the highest standards of airmanship, and foster an excellent crew culture through robust CRM and clear communication.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command day-to-day flight operations with an unwavering focus on safety, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in changing operational and meteorological conditions.
  • Champion CRM and TEM principles, building a collaborative, high‑performance cockpit environment.
  • Mentor and develop First Officers, supporting continuous learning and standardization.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a calm, customer-focused operation.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • PIC on B737NG (in type): 1,500 hours
  • Multi‑engine PIC: 3,000 hours
  • Jet PIC: 3,000 hours
  • Total multi‑crew, multi‑engine time: Minimum 3,000 hours
  • Type rating: Current and valid B737NG type rating
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Currency: Flown at least 150 hours in command on type within the last 12 months at the time of joining
  • Background: Clean criminal record

Flight time notes: Only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft can be counted; simulator time is not eligible.

All qualifications, recency, and flight hours will be verified during selection. Please ensure your license, type rating, medical, and ELP are valid at the time of application and joining.
