Command the B737NG on multi-crew operations, lead your flight deck with confidence, and deliver a safe, efficient, and professional experience on every sector. You will set the standard in SOP compliance, decision-making, crew mentoring, and operational excellence.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Lead and coordinate all phases of flight, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments, maintaining safety as the uncompromising priority.
• Champion effective CRM, nurturing a collaborative and performance-driven cockpit culture.
• Oversee precise fuel, payload, and performance planning to optimize efficiency and on-time performance.
• Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering continuous learning and high standards across the team.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Flight time: Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC). (PICUS not counted)
• Type rating: Current and valid on Boeing 737NG.
• License: Valid ATPL issued by CAAT.
• Medical: Current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Work authorization: Able to work without employer visa sponsorship.

🌐 Nice to have

• Recent B737NG line experience and currency.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety, training, or standards roles.
• Strong reputation for disciplined airmanship and professional communication.
