Step onto the flight deck of the Boeing 737NG as a Captain. Non‑type‑rated commanders are welcome — full type rating training is provided. Lead safe, on‑time operations while upholding the highest professional and regulatory standards.
🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you will take command of Boeing 737NG operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all phases of flight. You will mentor and lead the crew, make sound decisions under dynamic conditions, and deliver a best‑in‑class passenger experience.
- Exercise command authority in accordance with company SOPs and DGCA regulations.
- Plan and execute flights with precision — performance, fuel, weather, MEL/CDL, and NOTAMs.
- Lead effective crew resource management and foster a safety‑first culture.
- Conduct pre/post‑flight briefings, reports, and accurate tech log entries.
- Uphold on‑time performance while prioritising safety and compliance.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided.
- Experience (any one of the following):
- Captain with minimum 500 hours on Commercial Jets; OR
- Captain with total flying experience of 3000 hours, airline experience of 1000 hours on Turboprop and minimum 500 hours as PIC with Scheduled Operator; OR
- Captain with total flying experience of 3000 hours, airline experience of 1000 hours on Turboprop and minimum 1500 hours as PIC on Non‑scheduled Operator with an AUW exceeding 15 tons; OR
- Captain with minimum 500 hours on Military Jets > 70 tons (IL‑76, C‑17, B777, P8).
- Currency/Checks: Valid IR & Pilot’s Proficiency Check.
- Radio/Language: FRTOL and COP/RTR; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- License: DGCA‑issued ATPL.
- Medical: Current Class 1 Medical.
📜 Compliance & Additional Requirements
- Record: Certificate of incident/accident‑free record.
- DGCA Disclosures: Breath analyzer details and any enforcement action, if applicable, taken against the license holder in the preceding 3 years.
- eGCA: Mandatory eGCA ID with all licenses and documents validated.
- Eligibility: Open to DGCA (India) license holders. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
