As Captain, you’ll set the tone for every sector—leading the flight deck, safeguarding standards, and ensuring on-time, customer-focused operations across our network.

  • Exercise command with sound judgement, maintaining the highest levels of airmanship and compliance.
  • Champion a positive safety culture and effective CRM within a multi-crew environment.
  • Deliver smooth, efficient operations from briefing to block-on, optimising fuel and time while protecting safety margins.
  • Represent the airline professionally with clear communication to crew, operations, and customers.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 1,000 hours on B737NG
  • Type rating: Required and current on B737NG
  • Last LPC/OPC: Completed within the last 6 months
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5
  • Work authorisation: Able to live and work in location without company visa sponsorship
