  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • PIC on B737NG: minimum 1,500 hours.
  • Multi-engine PIC: minimum 3,000 hours.
  • Jet PIC: minimum 3,000 hours.
  • Total time: at least 3,000 hours in multi-crew, multi-engine operations. Only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet counts; simulator time is not included.
  • Recency: at least 150 hours in command on type within the last 12 months at the time of joining.
  • Type rating: current and valid B737NG.
  • Licence and medical: EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical.
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Background: clean criminal record.

  • Exercise sound judgement in all phases of flight, including performance, fuel, and operational decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering a just culture and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a calm, service-oriented command presence, representing the company to customers and crews.
  • Maintain currency, proficiency, and documentation to EASA standards.
