🧰 What you’ll do

• Conduct line training and supervised operating sectors in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop flight crew through briefings, debriefings, and actionable feedback across CRM and threat and error management.
• Lead by example in airmanship, decision-making, and communication on every sector.
• Support assessments for initial operating experience (IOE) and recurrent line checks as assigned.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations, Training, and Safety to continuously refine procedures and training materials.
• Maintain personal currency and training records; uphold compliance during audits and inspections.
• Work flexibly across rostered duties, including nights and weekends, to meet operational training needs.

• Total Time: 3000 hours
• Type Rating: Boeing 737 MAX (required)
• License: ATPL
• Open to License Holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
