As a Line Training Captain on the B737 MAX, you will mentor, standardize, and inspire our flight crews on the line.
🧭 The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal leadership role where your judgment, instructional skill, and operational discipline set the tone for safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will conduct line training, uphold flight deck standardization, and elevate performance across our network—shaping the next generation of VietJet Qazaqstan pilots.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Conduct initial, recurrent, and upgrade line training and checks, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and the company SMS.
- Coach and mentor First Officers and upgrade candidates, providing clear, actionable feedback and fostering strong CRM.
- Lead by example in the flight deck, demonstrating disciplined airmanship, sound decision-making, and an uncompromising safety mindset.
- Support flight operations standardization: participate in debriefs, route checks, and continuous improvement of training materials.
- Collaborate with Training, Flight Operations, and Safety teams to maintain accurate training records and uphold regulatory compliance.
- Champion exceptional passenger experience through professional, calm, and customer-focused operations.

📋 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours minimum
- Type Rating: Current on B737 MAX (Type-Rated)
- License: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
