✈️ Your mission

As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you will operate in a dynamic, multi-crew environment, ensuring every sector is flown safely, efficiently, and with exceptional service at its core.

Operate the B737 MAX to the highest safety and compliance standards, following SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate seamlessly with the Captain, cabin crew, and operations teams to deliver a smooth passenger experience.
Apply sound judgment and effective communication in all phases of flight and ground operations.
Champion a safety-first culture while maintaining operational efficiency and on-time performance.

🧭 Minimum requirements

Total Time: 2,500 hours
Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
Turbine: 1,000 hours
Multi-Pilot: 1,500 hours
Flight Time Notes: Minimum 1,000 hours on modern EFIS, multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft over 10 tonnes operating weight (PIC time preferable)
License Required: ATPL
Accepted Licenses: ICAO
Medical: Class 1
English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4
Education: High School Diploma
