🧭 What you’ll do

Operate the Boeing 737 MAX as First Officer with an unwavering commitment to safety, compliance, and on‑time performance.
Work seamlessly within a multi‑crew environment, applying strong CRM and clear, concise communication.
Use computerized crew management systems (AIMS preferred) to manage schedules, rosters, and duty requirements.
Deliver a customer‑focused experience, representing the flight deck with professionalism and care.
Support a positive cockpit culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring where appropriate, and contributing to continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 2,500 hours
Multi‑engine time: 1,000 hours
Turbine time: 1,000 hours
Minimum 1,000 hours on modern EFIS, multi‑crew, multi‑engine aircraft over 10 tonnes operating weight (PIC time preferred)
Minimum 1,500 hours MPA flying time
License: Valid ATPL (ICAO)
Medical: Class 1
English: Fluent; ICAO ELP Level 4+
Education: High School Diploma
Proficient with computerized crew management systems; AIMS experience preferred
