Step onto a modern flight deck and help us deliver safe, efficient operations on the Boeing 737 MAX. This is a permanent opportunity for professional First Officers who meet EASA requirements and are ready to progress—whether you’re already current on type or joining via our provided type rating pathway.
🧭 Your Mission
As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you’ll operate multi-sector schedules with a strong focus on safety, SOP adherence, and crew teamwork. You’ll bring sound judgment, situational awareness, and a proactive approach to threat and error management while supporting an on-time and customer-focused operation.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Flight Time
- Jet: 500 hours (minimum)
- Multi-pilot operations: 500 hours (minimum)
- Licensing
- EASA Frozen ATPL
- IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating
- Not required (training provided)
- Eligible for ZFTT on the B737 if not type-rated, in accordance with FCL.730.A
- Accepted Licenses: EASA only
📜 Additional Requirements
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from training start date
- Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance
(This may affect candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU.) - Able to report to your main base within 120 minutes when on standby duty
- Please note: rosters vary with no fixed pattern, and commuting contracts are not offered
🎓 Type Rating & ZFTT Pathway
Non-type-rated pilots are welcome. Training is provided, with potential ZFTT on the Boeing 737 when the following criteria are met per FCL.730.A:
- Completed a minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane certificated to CS-25 (or equivalent), or on a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane with MTOM ≥10 tonnes or certified for more than 19 passenger seats.
Assessment, training footprint, and start dates are subject to operational needs and regulatory approval.
