You’ll fly the B737 MAX, collaborate with an experienced crew, and sharpen your skills through robust initial and recurrent training. If you’re not currently type‑rated, we’ll provide the full type rating, with potential ZFTT in line with FCL.730.A.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the B737 MAX in a multi‑pilot environment to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Work seamlessly with the Captain and cabin crew, applying SOPs and robust CRM at all times.
- Prepare, brief, and execute flights efficiently across varying routes and operating conditions.
- Contribute to a positive passenger experience and an on‑time, professional operation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Jet time: 500 hours
- Multi‑pilot time: 500 hours
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- License: EASA fATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
Flight time notes: Eligible for ZFTT on the B737 if not currently type‑rated, in accordance with FCL.730.A (have completed a minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a multi‑pilot turbo‑jet aeroplane certificated to the standards of CS‑25 or equivalent, or on a multi‑pilot turboprop with a maximum certificated take‑off mass of not less than 10 tonnes or a certificated passenger seating configuration of more than 19).
🕓 Roster, base and travel
- Roster: Varies significantly with no fixed pattern.
- Standby: Able to report to your main base within 120 minutes when on standby duty.
- Commuting: Commuting contracts are not offered.
- Passport: Valid for unrestricted worldwide travel and at least 6 months beyond your training start date.
🔐 Security and eligibility
- Must pass aviation security background checks.
- Must meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. This may impact eligibility for candidates without long‑term residence or work rights in the EU.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
