🧭 The role
As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you will operate multi-sector schedules across a varied network, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You will work within a robust safety management system, contribute to strong CRM, and uphold the highest regulatory and company standards.
- Execute all phases of flight as part of a multi-crew operation on the B737 MAX.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems management.
- Practice exemplary CRM, communication, and decision-making.
- Adapt to a roster with significant variability and no fixed pattern.
- Maintain readiness to report to your main base within 120 minutes when on standby.
- Comply with all company SOPs and applicable EU and EASA regulations.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Jet time: Minimum 500 hours
- Multi-pilot time: Minimum 500 hours
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL with current IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- ZFTT eligibility: Eligible for Zero Flight Time Training on the B737 in accordance with FCL.730.A if you have completed a minimum of 500 hours or 100 route sectors on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane certificated to CS-25 (or equivalent), or on a multi-pilot turboprop with MTOM ≥ 10 tonnes or >19 passenger seats.
🌟 Additional requirements
- Passport: Valid for worldwide travel and for at least 6 months from your training start date
- Security clearance: Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. This may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU.
- Standby proximity: Able to report to your main base within 120 minutes when on standby
- Commuting: No commuting contracts offered
- NTR: Non-type-rated candidates welcome
🧠 Training and progression
We provide a comprehensive Boeing 737 MAX type rating course, with ZFTT available for eligible pilots per FCL.730.A. You will train with experienced instructors, operate a modern fleet, and be supported by continuous proficiency and recurrent training.
