🧭 The role
As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you will operate safely and efficiently across our European and international network, upholding the highest standards of airmanship, CRM and customer care.
- Operate the B737 MAX in full compliance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and weather/NOTAM assessments.
- Execute all phases of flight, ensuring punctuality, safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew and OCC to deliver a great passenger experience.
- Engage in recurrent training and checking, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Current Boeing 737 type rating (MAX)
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 5 or higher
- Open to licence holders: EASA
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
🌟 Additional eligibility
- Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from your training start date.
- Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands without restrictions.
- Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance (this may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term EU residence or work rights).
- Residence enabling you to report to Schiphol within 60 minutes when on standby duty.
