🧭 Minimum requirements

Total time: Minimum 350 hours total time. For internationally based candidates: minimum 1,000 hours total time in fixed‑wing aircraft.
Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — AAC or ICAO license holders welcome
Medical: Class 1
ICAO English: Level 5 or higher

Assist the Captain in the safe operation of the Boeing 737 MAX across all phases of flight
Adhere to all applicable aviation regulations, company SOPs, and policies
Complete preflight planning, performance calculations, and checklist discipline
Monitor aircraft systems, weather, and flight progress; apply strong CRM and clear communications
Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience from gate to gate
Support on-time performance and operational efficiency

Current Class 1 medical and valid CPL/IR/ME
Willingness to complete company-provided B737 MAX type rating
