✈️ The Opportunity
Join a leading European leisure airline as a Type-Rated First Officer on the Boeing 737 MAX. Based in Brussels, you’ll fly a modern fleet to 100+ sun, city and long-season destinations, delivering safe, efficient and friendly service as part of a high-performing flight crew.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 737 MAX in accordance with company SOPs, EU-OPS and EASA regulations.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, checklists and threat/error management.
- Maintain exemplary safety, compliance and CRM standards; proactively manage fuel, weather and operational decisions.
- Communicate clearly with cabin crew, operations and ATC to ensure on-time, customer-focused operations.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain type currency and regulatory compliance.
- Represent the airline professionally, enhancing the guest experience on every journey.
🧰 What You Bring
- Type Rating: Current Boeing 737 (MAX) type rating required.
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME.
- Medical: EASA Class 1.
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
- Right to Work: Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Passport: Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from training start.
- Clearances: Able to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU flight crew regulatory requirements.
- Base Proximity: Able to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes when on standby.
- Roster: Comfortable with a variable roster pattern; commuting contracts are not offered.
