As a Boeing 737 MAX Captain, you will lead safe, efficient operations across a dynamic network while upholding the highest standards of airmanship, crew leadership, and customer care.

• Command B737 MAX operations with exemplary decision-making and adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Exercise strong leadership as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), fostering a collaborative, safety-driven cockpit environment.
• Ensure disciplined threat and error management, fuel efficiency, and on-time performance.
• Operate across international routes; a current U.S. B1/B2 visa is required.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,500 hours
• Flight time notes: 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 45 tons
• Type rating: Required
• License: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
• Additional requirement: Current U.S. B1/B2 visa at time of application/onboarding
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

• Type preference: Type rated on Boeing 737 – NG/MAX (preferred)
• Recent, relevant narrow-body jet command experience in multi-crew, multi-sector operations
• Strong safety culture mindset with robust CRM and communication skills
