As a Boeing 737 MAX Captain, you will lead a professional crew, uphold the highest safety and compliance standards, and deliver a confident, customer-focused operation. You’ll apply sound judgement in dynamic environments, mentor colleagues in the flight deck, and represent the airline with integrity on every sector.

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 5,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Aircraft Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 45 tonnes
• License: Valid ATPL (ICAO accepted)
• Medical: Current Class 1
• English: ICAO ELP Level 4+
• Type Rating: Required
• Visa: Current American B1/B2 visa (must be valid at commencement)

🧰 Preferred experience

• Current and valid B737 NG/MAX type rating
• Recent time on B737 NG or MAX
• Demonstrated experience in international operations and complex airspace
• Strong record of regulatory compliance and safety performance
