Air Europa is seeking skilled First Officers to operate Boeing 737 aircraft from our Madrid base on scheduled services. This is a flight crew position for qualified pilots who meet the airline’s specific First Officer requirements.
🧭 Your mission
As a Boeing 737 First Officer, you will support safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our network, working closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver an excellent passenger experience.
- Operate the Boeing 737 on scheduled routes in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Execute pre-flight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and post-flight debriefs.
- Maintain high standards of airmanship, situational awareness, and CRM at all times.
- Contribute to on-time performance and fuel-efficient operations across all phases of flight.
