Boeing 737 Classic First Officer – Training Provided (NTR)

🧭 About the role

As a B737 Classic First Officer, you will support the Captain in safe, efficient Part 121 air transport operations. You’ll execute normal and non-normal procedures, manage multi-crew coordination to the highest standard, and contribute to a strong safety culture and on-time performance. This is a hands‑on, multi-crew role ideal for professionals eager to advance on a classic, well-proven jet.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Total time: 1500 hours (minimum)
• Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
• Flight time notes: Minimum 500 hours Multi-Engine Command, or 500 hours as First Officer on Part 121 Air Transport operations
• License required: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME (issued by CASA)
• Preferred time: B737 type rating – desirable; Multi-crew Cooperation Course (MCC) or exemption is highly desirable
• Strong adherence to SOPs, checklist discipline, and TEM principles
• Professionalism, communication excellence, and a collaborative mindset in the multi-crew environment

🌟 Training & development

Non-Type Rated applicants are encouraged—type rating training on the B737 Classic is provided for successful candidates. Pilots with an existing B737 type rating and those holding an MCC certificate (or exemption) will be highly regarded.
