Step into the right-hand seat of a modern Boeing 737 MAX and help deliver safe, efficient operations across a dynamic European network. This is a permanent, EASA-licensed First Officer opportunity for type-rated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced roster environment, can respond quickly to standby duties, and meet stringent EU aviation security and eligibility requirements.
🧭 The Role
- Operate the Boeing 737 MAX as First Officer in full compliance with company SOPs and EU aviation regulations.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, on-time performance across a varied roster.
- Maintain professional standards of airmanship, CRM, and threat and error management throughout all phases of flight.
- Complete required training, checks, and recurrent activities to sustain currency and regulatory compliance.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Type rating: Required (Boeing 737/MAX)
- Licenses: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Accepted licenses: EASA only
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
Note: We are unable to consider non–type-rated pilots for this position.
🌍 Eligibility & Travel
- Passport: Valid EU, Swiss, or EEA passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel; valid for at least 6 months from your training start date
- Work rights: Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands without restrictions
- Security clearance: Must pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance. This may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU
- Standby radius: Able to report to Brussels Airport within 120 minutes when on standby duty
- Roster: Varies significantly with no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not offered
