Step into the right seat of the Boeing 737 MAX and help deliver safe, efficient operations for a leading European carrier. If you’re a type-rated First Officer with an EASA license and the flexibility to support a dynamic roster out of Brussels, we’d love to hear from you.
🧭 The role
As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you’ll operate in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations, uphold the highest standards of airmanship and CRM, and contribute to on-time, safety-first performance. You will support a variable roster and be able to report to Brussels Airport when required for standby and short-notice duties.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Current Boeing 737 type rating
- EASA Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credit) with valid IR and ME
- Valid EASA Class 1 medical
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
🛂 Eligibility & security
- Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel, valid for at least 6 months from your training start date
- Legal right to live and work in Belgium without restrictions
- Ability to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance (eligibility may be affected if you do not hold long-term residence or work rights in the EU)
🗓️ Roster & base
- Standby proximity: Able to report to Brussels Airport (BRU) within 120 minutes when on standby
- Roster: Varies significantly with no fixed pattern
- Commuting: Not offered; you must be able to reliably meet duty and standby requirements
