Boeing 737 Classic Captain – Permanent Command (NTR Welcome)

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• Turbine: 1,500 hours
• Flight time notes: 1,500 hours on the Boeing 737-CL; or 1,500 hours on transport jet/turboprop aircraft in weight Category C
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: PCAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Type rating: Not required — training provided

🌟 Preferred profile

• Current or recent B737CL/B737NG type-rated captains
• Additional instructional credentials such as TRI and/or SFI

Preference will be given to B737CL/B737NG type-rated captains who also hold a TRI/SFI rating.

🧰 Training and onboarding

Successful NTR candidates will receive company-sponsored type rating and differences training on the B737 Classic, followed by line training and operational checks to company and authority standards.

• Command B737 Classic operations with an uncompromising focus on safety and SOP adherence
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to deliver an excellent, on-time operation
• Exercise sound decision-making in dynamic, multi-sector environments
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company standards in all phases of flight
