Boeing 737 Captain (300–900) – Type Rated or NTR

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,000 hours
• Licence: ATPL — open to EASA licence holders
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🧰 Additional requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Italian proficiency: Minimum Level 6
• Background: No criminal record
• Travel rights: Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Neos S.p.A.

• Command Boeing 737 Classic/NG operations across an expanding network, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and strict adherence to company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, promoting strong CRM and a just culture.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, and threat and error management.
• Ensure an excellent passenger experience and represent Neos with professionalism at all times.

🧪 Training and onboarding

Whether you join as type-rated or non-type-rated, Neos will provide the training required to bring you online safely and efficiently.

• For NTR candidates: Company-provided Boeing 737 type rating and operational training.
• For type-rated candidates: Operator conversion and differences training as required.
