✈️ The opportunity

As Captain, you will command B737 BBJ flights in accordance with the Company Operations Manual, delivering uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and a refined passenger experience across regional and international operations.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Exercise full PIC authority to plan, brief, and conduct flights in line with company SOPs and the applicable COM.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE and international legislation, aviation practices, and procedures.
  • Lead by example in risk management, crew resource management, and decision-making under all operating conditions.
  • Foster a safety-first culture while maintaining operational efficiency and exemplary passenger care.
  • Mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Accident- and violation-free flying record.
  • Familiarity with the relevant provisions of the Company Operations Manual required to fulfil the Captain’s function.
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE and international air legislation, best practices, and procedures.
  • Polished leadership, communication, and CRM skills; calm, decisive judgment.
  • Fluent English with ICAO language proficiency Level 4 or higher.

🌟 Minimum flight experience

  • 5,000+ hours total time
  • 1,000+ hours PIC on type (B737)
  • 2,500+ hours multi‑engine
  • 2,500+ hours jet
  • 2,500+ hours multi‑engine jet

Note: A current B737 type rating is required.

📜 Licensing & compliance

  • Valid ATP/ATPL accepted: FAA, GCAA, or JAA.
  • Current Class 1 Medical.
  • Current and valid B737 type rating.
  • ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
  • Accident- and violation-free record attested by documentation.

🎓 Education

  • Diploma in Aviation or Business Administration preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Aviation, Business, or related field) advantageous.
