🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain on our Phenom 100, you will lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You’ll combine technical precision with calm, professional leadership—delivering smooth flights, clear communication, and an outstanding experience for every passenger.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Act as PIC on Embraer Phenom 100 operations, ensuring safety and full regulatory compliance.
- Lead thorough preflight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and NOTAMs.
- Operate to the highest standards, adhering to company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and situational awareness in dynamic environments.
- Champion excellent CRM, clear communication, and a safety-first culture.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, care, and professionalism.
- Complete accurate documentation: tech logs, flight logs, and post-flight reports; manage MEL items as required.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Current and valid EMB-500/505 type rating. (No self-supported/self-funded type rating possible.)
- Valid EASA CPL with IR and ME.
- Current Class 1 medical.
- English ICAO ELP Level 5 and fluent German.
- Ability to live and work where the role is based; visa sponsorship is not provided.
