🧭 Your mission

As a Line Pilot on the BN-2 Islander, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and professional multi-engine operations, upholding company SOPs and regulatory standards while providing an exceptional experience to customers and colleagues.

  • Plan and operate VFR/IFR sectors, executing disciplined preflight, performance, W&B, and fuel planning.
  • Navigate changing conditions using sound decision-making, CRM, and threat/error management.
  • Complete accurate flight records and operational reports in line with company procedures.
  • Contribute to a proactive safety culture through SMS reporting and continual improvement.
  • Support operational and ground duties as required to keep the operation moving smoothly.

  • Current Class 1 medical.
