Take command of long-range operations on the Airbus A350 XWB. We are seeking an experienced, type-rated captain with a safety-first mindset and the leadership to inspire high-performing crews. 🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, efficient A350 operations across long-haul sectors while role-modelling professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork. You will uphold SOPs, mentor colleagues, and make sound decisions under varying operational conditions.
- Execute long-range A350 flights with disciplined adherence to company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate decisive leadership and strong CRM in all phases of flight.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused cockpit culture and mentor flight crew.
- Collaborate seamlessly with ground teams and operations to ensure on-time, high-quality performance.
🧰 What You Bring
- Very good language skills in German (at least C1) and English (B2 / ICAO Level 4).
- Proven leadership with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Current Airbus A350 type rating and recent long-range exposure.
🌟 Minimum Flight Experience
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- PIC in type: 1,500 hours as PIC on A350
- Flight time notes: Demonstrated long-range experience
📜 Licensing & Medical
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 (minimum)
