  • Lead A350 long‑range operations with uncompromising safety, procedural discipline, and situational awareness.
  • Exercise sound command decision‑making throughout all phases of flight, including complex international operations.
  • Foster a high‑performing flight deck culture through exemplary leadership, coaching, and CRM.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with ground, cabin, and OCC teams to deliver an on‑time, passenger‑focused operation.
  • Champion continuous improvement across SOPs, training, and safety reporting.

  • Total time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC in type: 1,500 hours (A350)
  • Flight experience: Long‑range operations
  • License: ATPL (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 (minimum)
  • Type rating: Airbus A350 (current)
