As a BN‑2 Islander Line Pilot, you will deliver safe, efficient multi‑engine operations while upholding uncompromising professional and regulatory standards. After completing company training and aircraft endorsement, you’ll support reliable day‑to‑day flying with a focus on safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
- Plan each sector thoroughly, including performance and weight & balance, in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
- Operate the BN‑2 Islander within your privileges (day/night, IFR/VFR as endorsed) using disciplined checklists and robust TEM.
- Complete meticulous pre‑ and post‑flight inspections; maintain accurate technical logs and operational records.
- Coordinate effectively with operations, maintenance, and clients to achieve dependable on‑time performance.
- Promote a just culture and a safety‑first mindset across every aspect of the operation.
- 700 hours total flight time (minimum).
- Valid CASA CPL with IR and ME privileges.
- Current Class 1 medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4+.
- Type rating not required — training provided (NTR candidates encouraged to apply).
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; existing work rights are required.
- Permanent employment with structured BN‑2 training, endorsement, and ongoing mentoring.
