🧭 Role overview

As a BN‑2 Islander Line Pilot, you will deliver safe, efficient multi‑engine operations while upholding uncompromising professional and regulatory standards. After completing company training and aircraft endorsement, you’ll support reliable day‑to‑day flying with a focus on safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

  • Plan each sector thoroughly, including performance and weight & balance, in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Operate the BN‑2 Islander within your privileges (day/night, IFR/VFR as endorsed) using disciplined checklists and robust TEM.
  • Complete meticulous pre‑ and post‑flight inspections; maintain accurate technical logs and operational records.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations, maintenance, and clients to achieve dependable on‑time performance.
  • Promote a just culture and a safety‑first mindset across every aspect of the operation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
  • 700 hours total flight time (minimum).
  • Valid CASA CPL with IR and ME privileges.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4+.
  • Type rating not required — training provided (NTR candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Visa sponsorship is not provided; existing work rights are required.
