✈️ The opportunity

Start your TUI journey as a First Officer on the B737, operating our leisure route network from multiple UK bases. You’ll fly alongside and learn from seasoned Captains dedicated to your development, while contributing to an upbeat, safety‑first culture that keeps our customers smiling from take‑off to touchdown.

📋 Key responsibilities

  • Operate the Boeing 737 as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the highest standards of flight safety, situational awareness and crew resource management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional, friendly, and timely operations.
  • Participate in training, checking and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
  • Work seamlessly with Captains, cabin crew and operations teams to ensure on‑time, efficient performance.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Licence: Unrestricted and valid UK CAA‑issued CPL with ATPL theory credits.
  • Type rating: Valid B737 type rating with completed base training.
  • Medical: Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
  • Language: Minimum ICAO English Level 4.
  • Travel: Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Right to work: Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restrictions (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Security: Able to pass pre‑employment and airport security background checks for an airport ID.
  • Minimum height: 1.58 m (5 ft 2 in).
  • Swimming: Able to swim at least 25 m.
  • Standby proximity: Able to report to home base within a maximum commuting time of 90 minutes when on standby.
  • Roster readiness: Comfortable with a significantly varying roster and no fixed pattern; commuting contracts are not offered.
