ATR 72 First Officer – Type-Rated (Permanent)

✈️ About the role

As an ATR 72 First Officer, you will support the Captain across all phases of flight to deliver safe, efficient, and regulation-compliant operations. You’ll bring sharp technical skills, calm decision-making, and exemplary teamwork to every sector while upholding company SOPs and a proactive safety culture.

• Operate the ATR 72 in a multi-crew environment with strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead meticulous preflight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
• Manage FMS setup, navigation, radio communications, and checklist discipline.
• Apply robust CRM and TEM principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through proactive safety reporting and debriefs.

🧭 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 500 hours minimum.
• Type rating: Current and valid ATR 72 rating.
• License required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
• Licenses accepted: ICAO.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Languages: English (ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher) and French (ICAO Level 6).

🌟 Preferred experience

• 200 hours on a CS/FAR 25 or CS/FAR 23 aircraft operated in a multi-pilot environment.
• Demonstrated strengths in monitoring, situational awareness, and decision-making.

Preferred criteria are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Support the Captain in briefing, taxi, takeoff, cruise, approach, and landing phases.
• Execute accurate performance computations and cross-checks.
• Maintain high standards of navigation, communication, and checklist discipline.
• Uphold a just culture through timely safety reports and feedback.
