🧭 Minimum requirements
- Current and valid ATR 72 type rating
- EASA F-ATPL with IR, MCC and ME
- Valid Class 1 medical
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- No minimum total flight time required
- Ability to obtain Croatian security clearance
- Visa sponsorship is not provided
Only candidates holding the required ratings and medical at the time of application can be considered.
🧰 What you will do
- Operate the ATR 72 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Execute preflight planning, performance calculations and thorough aircraft inspections.
- Apply effective CRM and clear communication with the Captain, cabin crew and operations.
- Manage normal and abnormal procedures with a strong safety and customer focus.
- Participate in recurrent training, checking and continuous improvement initiatives.
