🧭 The role

As a Type-Rated First Officer on the ATR 72, you will operate regional services alongside an experienced Captain, ensuring safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. With no minimum flight hour requirement, this is an excellent opportunity for newly type-rated pilots to build experience on type.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Execute all phases of ATR 72 operations in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
• Conduct pre-flight planning, fuel management, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
• Support the Captain in normal and non-normal operations; manage checklists and monitor aircraft systems.
• Promote safety, situational awareness, and effective CRM in a multi-crew cockpit.
• Deliver professional, customer-oriented service and punctual operations.
• Maintain currency through training, checks, and continuous improvement.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Current ATR 72 type rating.
• No minimum total flight hours required.
• Valid EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, and ME.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 or above.
• Ability to obtain Croatian security clearance.
