🧰 What you’ll do

Execute safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Support the Captain with planning, performance calculations, briefings, and checklist discipline across all phases of flight.
Maintain strong situational awareness, communicate clearly on the flight deck and with ATC, and champion robust CRM.
Monitor systems and weather, manage threats and errors proactively, and contribute to on-time performance.
Represent the airline professionally with a calm, customer-focused approach during routine and non-normal operations.

🧭 Minimum requirements

Total Time: 200 hours minimum
License: Valid CPL with ME class rating
Type Rating: Current ATR 72 type rating (type-rated only)
Radio License: Valid flight radiotelephony/radio operator permit
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
License Holders: Open to ICAO license holders
Work Authorization: Able to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship

Applications without an ATR 72 type rating or below the stated minimums cannot be considered.
