🧰 What you’ll do

  • Execute safe, efficient flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Captain with planning, performance calculations, briefings, and checklist discipline across all phases of flight.
  • Maintain strong situational awareness, communicate clearly on the flight deck and with ATC, and champion robust CRM.
  • Monitor systems and weather, manage threats and errors proactively, and contribute to on-time performance.
  • Represent the airline professionally with a calm, customer-focused approach during routine and non-normal operations.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 200 hours minimum
  • License: Valid CPL with ME class rating
  • Type Rating: Current ATR 72 type rating (type-rated only)
  • Radio License: Valid flight radiotelephony/radio operator permit
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • License Holders: Open to ICAO license holders
  • Work Authorization: Able to work without employer-provided visa sponsorship
