• Lead ATR 72 line operations with unwavering attention to safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
• Exercise sound judgement in dynamic operational environments and make timely, well-briefed decisions.
• Drive exemplary CRM and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams.
• Uphold SOPs, regulatory standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the operation with professionalism and a strong, reliable work ethic.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Type rating: Current ATR 72 type rating (type-rated)
• Experience: Recent command experience on the ATR
• Licence: UK CAA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Right to work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
• Sponsorship: Not available
• Open to licence holders: UK CAA only
