🧭 The role

As an ATR 72 Captain, you will lead the flight deck, ensuring operational excellence from briefing to block-off and safe arrival. You will set the tone for safety, crew coordination, and customer care while executing procedures to the highest professional standards.

  • Command ATR 72 sectors in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Exercise sound decision-making to optimize safety, punctuality, and fuel efficiency.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture and champion just culture reporting.
  • Mentor and support First Officers through effective leadership and communication.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of airmanship, CRM, and threat and error management.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Type rating: Current and valid ATR 72 type rating (Type-Rated only).
  • License: CPL with IR and ME (EASA).
  • Medical: EASA Class 1.
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4 (minimum).
  • Eligibility: Open to EASA licence holders. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
