We’re seeking experienced, type-rated ATR 72 Captains to join our expanding Flight Operations team. As Captain, you will be the commander of the aircraft in all normal and abnormal situations, safeguarding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism while acting as a proud brand ambassador for Green Africa.

🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on ATR 72-500/600 operations, ensuring the safety of aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo at all times.
- Exercise sound judgment and leadership during all phases of flight, including normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
- Maintain an efficient, on-time operation aligned with Green Africa’s mission to deliver safe, affordable travel.
- Uphold and model the highest professional and operational standards, fostering a just culture and positive crew resource management.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, company manuals, and all regulatory requirements.
- Represent Green Africa as a visible brand ambassador, delivering an excellent customer experience.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 6,000 hours
- PIC in type: 2,000 hours (ATR 72)
- Flight time notes: At least 2,000 airline command hours on the ATR 500/600 series
- Type rating: Required (ATR 72-500/600)
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5
- Currency: Must have flown within the last 12 months
