ATR 72 Captain (EASA) – Permanent | Non‑Type Rated Welcome
✈️ Command the ATR 72 as a Captain
Step into a permanent command role on the ATR 72. If you’re an experienced commercial aviator with strong leadership, proven decision-making, and the right credentials, this is your opportunity to lead safe, efficient regional operations. Non-type rated captains are welcome — type training is provided. Due to the operational environment and network served, fluent Croatian is essential.
🧭 Your mission
- Assume full command of ATR 72 operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.
- Deliver on-time, passenger-focused service across a dynamic regional network.
- Lead by example on the flight deck, fostering effective CRM, threat and error management, and a just culture.
- Adhere to company SOPs and applicable regulations, maintaining operational excellence in all phases of flight.
- Mentor and support colleagues to promote continuous improvement and team performance.
🧰 Training & onboarding
Non-type rated captains are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive ATR 72 type training to proficiency, followed by operational onboarding and line release in accordance with regulatory standards.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000+ hours
- PIC time: 500+ hours
- Flight time notes: Minimum 500 hours PIC in Commercial Air Transport operations on aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 13,000 kg
- License: EASA ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Language requirement: English and Croatian (Croatian fluency required due to the operational environment and network served)
- Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
