  • Lead a professional crew, foster strong CRM, and maintain a positive, can‑do cockpit culture.
  • Deliver on-time performance and operational excellence across varied Scandinavian and European environments.
  • Represent our partner brands with warm, courteous service and clear communication from briefing to debrief.

🧰 Training and support

  • Non-Type Rated welcome: Full ATR 72 type rating and line training provided.
  • Standardised procedures and mentoring within a supportive, close‑knit flight operations team.
  • Ongoing proficiency checks and recurrent training aligned with EASA standards.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • License: EASA ATPL (A)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 5 or higher
  • Command time: Minimum 500 hours PIC
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Work authorization: Existing right to live and work in the region; visa sponsorship is not provided
