🧭 Minimum qualifications
- Education: 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics from a recognized Board/University
- Licences: Valid CPL, IR and ME issued by DGCA (India)
- Radio/Telephony: Valid FRTOL and RTR
- Medical: Current DGCA Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (NTR); ATR 72 training provided post-selection
- Safety Record: Incident/accident‑free flying record for the past 1–3 years (if previously employed)

Successful cadets will receive company-provided ATR 72 type training in line with DGCA and company standards. Training typically covers aircraft systems, SOPs, performance, CRM, and simulator phases, preparing you to operate safely within a multi-crew environment.
