🧭 About the role

As an ATR 72 Cadet Pilot, you will progress through a structured pathway from ground school and simulator phases to type rating and supervised line training. You will learn to operate reliably within a dynamic regional schedule serving Croatia and the surrounding network, delivering safe, on-time performance while upholding professional standards.

  • Master ATR 72 systems, normal and non-normal procedures, and SOPs.
  • Develop strong CRM and threat-and-error management in a multi-crew environment.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
  • Apply disciplined checklist usage and high situational awareness in all phases of flight.
  • Embrace a learning mindset with continuous feedback from instructors and training captains.

  • Valid EASA license with Frozen ATPL (ATPL theory credit).
  • Current IR and ME privileges.
  • EASA Class 1 Medical.
  • English proficiency at least ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Fluent Croatian language proficiency (essential for the operational environment and network served).
  • Non-type rated candidates welcome — type rating training provided.
  • Ability to work without employer visa sponsorship.
