ETF Airways is recruiting motivated Cadet Pilots to join a mentored pathway onto the ATR 72-600. Selected candidates will complete a fully sponsored type rating and airline-readiness training, entering a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways. Upon successful completion, you will be ready to step into a professional flight deck environment with competitive employment conditions.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Required: Frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by an EASA Member State
- Required: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Required: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Required: Fluent Croatian (operational environment and network demand)
- Willingness to sign and adhere to a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways

🎓 Your Training Pathway
