✈️ The Opportunity

ETF Airways is recruiting motivated Cadet Pilots to join a mentored pathway onto the ATR 72-600. Selected candidates will complete a fully sponsored type rating and airline-readiness training, entering a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways. Upon successful completion, you will be ready to step into a professional flight deck environment with competitive employment conditions.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Required: Frozen Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by an EASA Member State
  • Required: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Required: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
  • Required: Fluent Croatian (operational environment and network demand)
  • Willingness to sign and adhere to a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset

🎓 Your Training Pathway

Expect a comprehensive syllabus tailored to the ATR 72-600 and regional airline operations. The pathway typically includes ground school, simulator phases, base training, and supervised line flying, all under experienced instructor guidance.

Note: Candidates will enter a training commitment agreement with ETF Airways.

🧭 Location & Operations

Base: Zagreb (with additional operational bases in Pula and Osijek). You should be prepared to train and operate across the network as required by the operation.
