🧭 The Opportunity
As an ATR 42 First Officer, you’ll partner with an experienced Captain to deliver punctual, professional regional services. You’ll apply disciplined airmanship, crisp SOP execution, and excellent crew coordination to ensure safe operations across a range of airfields and conditions.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Type Rating: Current ATR 42 type rating (required)
- Experience: At least 1 year’s employment as flight crew
- License: Valid ATPL accepted from CASA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO authorities
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🔐 Additional Requirements
- Security: Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card
- Background Check: Provide a current Police Check
- Education/Experience: A relevant degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience
- Digital Access: A computer/device capable of viewing the company’s Operations Manual Suite (PDF)

- Execute all phases of ATR 42 operations in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Deliver exemplary threat and error management, checklist discipline, and stable approaches
- Collaborate with the Captain and crew to maintain high standards of CRM and safety culture
- Prepare flight plans, performance data, and weight & balance with precision and timeliness
- Support on-time performance, passenger comfort, and professional service
- Engage in recurrent training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
