🧭 The opportunity

As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our network. You’ll work closely with the Captain and wider operations team, applying disciplined SOPs, sound decision-making, and excellent CRM on every sector.

🧰 What you will do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, fuel checks, performance calculations, and weight and balance.
  • Manage ATR 42 systems and FMS with precision, maintaining situational awareness at all times.
  • Champion a safety-first culture through proactive reporting and adherence to SMS principles.
  • Deliver professional, courteous service while collaborating effectively with cabin crew and ground teams.
  • Support training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

🌟 Minimum requirements

  • Current ATR 42 type rating (required).
  • Unrestricted ATPL — CASA, EASA, FAA, or ICAO accepted.
  • Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Minimum ICAO ELP: Level 4.
  • At least 1 year of employment as flight crew.
  • Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Provide a current Police Check.
  • A relevant degree and/or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Access to a computer/device capable of viewing the company’s Operations Manual Suite (PDF format).
