ATR 42 First Officer – Part 121 Operations

✈️ About the role

As an ATR 42 First Officer in Part 121 operations, you will support the Captain and broader operations team to execute each flight with precision. You will prioritize safety, comply with all regulatory and company standards, and deliver a professional experience for our customers and partners.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Operate the ATR 42 in accordance with company SOPs, checklists, and FAA regulations.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and effective CRM from preflight to shutdown.
• Perform flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and weight & balance tasks with accuracy.
• Execute IFR procedures with proficiency in all weather and operational environments.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with ATC, crew members, dispatch, and ground teams.
• Champion a safety-first culture through rigorous compliance and proactive reporting.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 1,500 hours
• Pilot-in-Command: 250 hours
• Multi-Engine: 50 hours
• License Required: ATP
• Accepted Licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 2
• Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)

Applicants must meet all requirements under 14 CFR Part 61.159.
