🧭 Your mission

As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will help deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and crew cooperation.

Operate the ATR 42 in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
Work closely with the Captain to plan and execute each flight, from pre-flight briefing through to post-flight debrief.
Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with calm, structured, and analytical decision-making.
Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with all team members to maintain strong CRM.
Take initiative under pressure to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.
Represent the company professionally with passengers, crew, and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

ATPL (Frozen) with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
Licence issued by EASA.
Valid Class 1 Medical.
ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
Minimum 70 hours PIC.
Right to live and work in the operating region; visa sponsorship is not provided.
