🧭 Your mission

As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will help deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding the highest standards of airmanship and crew cooperation.

  • Operate the ATR 42 in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Work closely with the Captain to plan and execute each flight, from pre-flight briefing through to post-flight debrief.
  • Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with calm, structured, and analytical decision-making.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with all team members to maintain strong CRM.
  • Take initiative under pressure to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Represent the company professionally with passengers, crew, and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • ATPL (Frozen) with valid IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
  • Licence issued by EASA.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Minimum 70 hours PIC.
  • Right to live and work in the operating region; visa sponsorship is not provided.
