🧭 About the role

As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations across a dynamic regional network. You will apply robust SOP discipline, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive crew environment while maintaining the highest standards of airmanship.

🧰 Your mission

  • Execute all first officer duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft setup.
  • Monitor flight progress, systems, and fuel while managing normal and abnormal procedures.
  • Communicate proactively and respectfully with the Captain, cabin crew, OCC, and ATC.
  • Apply structured, analytical thinking to problem solving in time-critical scenarios.
  • Champion CRM, safety, and compliance culture on every sector.

🧾 Minimum requirements

  • License: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, UPRT

  • Eligibility: Open to EASA license holders
  • Visa: Sponsorship not provided

Candidates must hold the right to live and work in the operating country/region at the time of application.

🎓 Training and development

Non-type-rated pilots will receive a comprehensive ATR 42 type rating and line training program, focused on strong technical foundations, CRM, and operational excellence. Expect structured briefings, simulator sessions, and coached line flying to help you perform confidently from day one.
